10 weeks pregnant

DESTROY HEMORRHOIDS FOR GOOD!
– 3 SIMPLE STEPS –

If 10 weeks pregnant, you are in your last month of your first
trimester though you may still be feeling the symptoms of an early
pregnancy. Some of those symptoms may include fatigue, nausea,
constipation, an increase in vaginal discharge, urinary frequency,
heartburn, indigestion, flatulence, bloating, increased appetite,
headaches, dizziness, breast changes; fullness, heaviness, and
tenderness. You may also notice some instability emotionally such as
irritability, mood swings, irrationality, and weepiness. They can be
comparable to premenstrual syndrome but often are more pronounced. You
also may experience at 10 weeks pregnant fear, joy, or a new sense of
calmness. Mutual understanding with your partner and communicating
openly will help you get through all of the symptoms or feeling you may
experience with a pregnancy. Remember that every woman is different and
therefore every pregnancy is different.

END MORNING SICKNESS!!
For a Happy Pregnancy

Now being 10 weeks
pregnant your uterus is about the size of a grapefruit, and your
growing baby is approximately 2 ½ to 3 inches in length and weighing
about 1 ½ ounces which is about the size of an apple. Your growing baby
has now developed a neck, ears on each side of the head, and the eyes
are moving closer together. The baby’s hands have also become more
functional, and soft nails now cover the fingers and toes. Inside your
baby’s mouth twenty buds have formed to eventually become your baby’s
teeth someday, taste buds have developed as well as the sucking reflex.
Your baby is now making urine and releasing it in the amniotic fluid.
With all of this growing your baby is doing you may notice you have
gained weight. The recommended amount of weight gained during a
pregnancy is 25 to 35pounds. Approximately 3 to 4 pounds total should
be gained on average during your first trimester. The most exciting
part of being 10 weeks pregnant is in this month’s checkup with your
practitioner you may even be able to hear the wonderful sound of your
baby’s heartbeat through a Doppler ultrasound.
