cold and also in air-conditioned rooms.

pain. However, you should always avoid swimming in cold water.
When you are taking your bath, make sure to pour lukewarm water on your
left leg. This will make your leg feel extremely comfortable and help
in strengthening the muscles of your left leg.
Avoid wearing high heels and try to bring about a significant change in the way you jump and walk.
